Payment
Which forms of payment are accepted?
Bank Transfer or Cash On Delivery. Once the payment has been transferred please share invoice on our instagram page or email at celene.candles@gmail.com for record keeping.The order is only processed after confirmation.
Returns & Exchange
Could I exchange it or send it back?
In case of damage we would exchange the product with a similar one provided we are notified on the same date of parcel receival with a picture of the damaged item.Our courier team will exchange the damaged item once the replacement is sent.If damaged item is not present then replacement will not be issued
Bulk Orders/Custom orders

Delivery Policy
How can I follow up on my order?
Regular orders take up-to 5-8 working days.Delivery timelines vary for bulk orders.If there is a delay longer than the given timeline that would be communicated to you directly.Incase of unforeseen circumstances/public holidays the delivery timeline may extend. Delivery attempt will be made twice after which the parcel is returned to us. Incase of reattempt charges of delivery will be charged again.
Urgent Order
Urgent orders are catered only if quantity and timeline is manageable. Advance payment to be made in full for us to be able to use overnight courier facility.For details and queries get in touch via email celene.candles@gmail.com
Gift Wrapping/cards notes
For custom packaging for party favours/bids/addition of cards etc to your order please notify on celene.candles@gmail.com.Additional charges apply as per requirement.
